Mila Makasini from Te Kura Matatini ki Otago — Otago Polytechnic is the winner of the 2025 Resene Student Design Awards for his project 'Lalava’i Fonua: Lashing & Weaving [of, in, with] people, place, culture'.
The awards were held on 27 November 2025, at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington.
